Abstract

The study compares the anxiety and resilience levels of Millennials, GenX, and Gen-Z in modern society, examining how social, technological, and economic changes shape their emotional and mental health. Social media, economic uncertainty, and a rapidly changing work market contribute to anxiety, while resilience is becoming a desirable quality. It advances in generational psychology and has practical uses in workplace tactics, educational policy, and mental health interventions.
