Abstract

Essentially, this paper explores the crucial but often overlooked link between how well teachers are doing and the quality of education that students receive. It makes the case that when teachers feel good and supported, it positively affects the classroom atmosphere, teaching effectiveness, student participation, and overall learning results. Even though there’s an increasing body of work on improving education, the well-being of teachers has often been treated as a side issue rather than a key factor. The paper looks at current empirical studies, theoretical models, ways these influences work, and what it all means for policy and practice. In the end, it offers suggestions on how to sustain teacher well-being as a way to improve educational quality.
